1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using an Urban Holidays Mega Ticket Gift Voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Voucher Purchase

The Urban Holidays Mega Ticket Gift Voucher is priced at ₹149 per voucher.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
Upon successful payment, a digital voucher with a unique coupon code and QR code is issued instantly.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3. Voucher Validity & Usage

Each voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are redeemable for travel packages listed on Urban Holidays website.
Each voucher can be redeemed only once.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
Urban Holidays reserves the right to modify validity terms with prior notice.

4. Redemption Process

Users must submit a redemption request through the dashboard.
Redemption requests are subject to availability and admin approval.
Processing time is 24–48 business hours.
Travel dates are subject to availability confirmation from our team.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are credited to the wallet upon successful voucher purchase by the referred user.
Wallet credits can be used for future voucher purchases.
Urban Holidays reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Vouchers are generally non-refundable after purchase.
In case of genuine technical errors or duplicate charges, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urban Holidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of using our vouchers or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the voucher purchase amount.
